DESCRIPTION:Come join us for this 5th-year event. We are moving it off of Main St. this year to the Local Elks Lodge. This is a great\, new venue\, and we plan on having lots of great BBQ Teams there competing for Top Pitmaster and their share of the $5000 Purse. Come on out and join us. It’s going to be a great\, fun & tasty event. We will have Entertainment\, Food\, a Beer Garden\, and lots more going on. We look forward to seeing you all there. Team Registration Forms will be available soon. This will be another great Barbeque Championship Series (BCS) Sanctioned event. \n  \n\nWant to know what’s cooking for 2026? The countdown to another year of smoke\, sauce\, and friendly rivalry is officially on! January marks the start of a brand-new BBQ season across Arizona\, and we’re gearing up for more teams\, more crowds\, and more incredible food. \nWhether you’re a seasoned pitmaster or firing up the smoker for your first competition\, there’s a place for you at the table. Each event brings together cooks\, judges\, and fans who share one passion—good BBQ and even better company. So gather your team\, load up the trailer\, and make sure your gear’s ready.
